Coaching programs vary in length and include weekly or bi-monthly coaching sessions depending on your unique situation. However, longer-term engagements provide more time for you to implement and evaluate new strategies, role-play pivotal situations, and test skills for long-term sustainability with a trusted advisor by your side.
All programs include:
Initial kick-off meeting to review the coaching process and identify goals, objectives, and measures of success
Data gathering and assessment process
Creation of a developmental action plan with achievable goals, measures of success, and accountability support
Coaching sessions to support your action plan with emails and brief calls in between sessions, if needed
A mid-point progress check-in meeting
A close-out meeting to review progress and determine a plan for ongoing success
